We advise clients in relation to their wills, trusts and estate planning and asset management. We act in the administration of estates, extracting grants of probate and dealing with assets of the estate where necessary. We also deal with disputed wills and inheritances.

The firm acts for private and commercial clients in all aspects of Property Law including the purchase and sales of private and commercial
property by way of private treaty, auction or tender. We also deal with all types of mortgages.
LANDLORD AND TENANT
The firm provides a full range of services for both Landlords and Tenants in respect of residential tenancies and commercial tenancies. We deal with drafting and negotiating clauses for leases and deal with all aspects of Landlord and Tenant disputes
and court applications.
LICENSING
We deal with sales and purchases of licensed premises and licensing applications and renewals.
